Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying business needs to sourcing and onboarding vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to maximize value and minimize costs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new opportunities for cost reduction.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of new service providers and equipment suppliers.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and dashboards to track spending and performance metrics.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local Philippine market and logistics landscape.
