Monoluxury Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Senior Production Executive to lead our in-house packaging and production activities. You will oversee the production workflow, optimize processes, and mentor staff to drive efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all in-house packaging and production activities to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
- Liaise with external vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to meet delivery deadlines and business requirements.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on packaging materials and finished goods to prevent defects.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior production staff to enhance team performance and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management or an executive role within the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of local food safety regulations (e.g., HALAL, MUIS, FDA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred due to the location.
