Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ICT initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Establish and maintain robust client communication protocols for transparent reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to drive alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in ICT or construction technology
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience with budget management exceeding RM500,000
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
