As a team leader, you'll mentor 4 QA professionals while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to integrate quality processes at every stage. Your analytical skills will be crucial in designing test plans, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 QA professionals, providing guidance on testing methodologies and performance standards
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for reliability, functionality, and performance testing
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify, document, and track defects throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for product enhancement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASTM) and regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain quality assurance tools and documentation systems
- Drive root cause analysis for critical defects and validate corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience with 2+ years in team leadership role
- Strong expertise in reliability testing methodologies and defect management systems
- Proven experience in manufacturing or logistics quality assurance environments
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
