Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including Unified Customer Profiles and Identity Resolution.
- Design and manage data ingestion pipelines to cleanse, enrich, and model customer data effectively.
- Build and maintain real-time audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud) and third-party platforms.
- Write complex SOQL/SOSL queries and Apex classes to support custom data requirements.
- Perform data quality audits and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with specific experience in Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Automation Studio and Journey Builder is highly preferred.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site environment.
