- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Lead complex technical projects and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with Salesforce security protocols and standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex bugs to improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and define technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and actively participate in the Agile development process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
