Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol manufacturing facilities to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Enforce company security policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and prepare detailed reports
- Operate and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Train and supervise junior security personnel on security protocols and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive security plans for the manufacturing facility
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security Officer certification from Singapore Police Force or relevant authority
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
