Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level CMS infrastructure across multiple digital platforms
- Develop and enforce content governance frameworks ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead CMS integrations with CRM, ERP, and marketing automation systems
- Optimize content workflows and user experiences through technical configuration and customization
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and security hardening
- Train and mentor junior team members on CMS best practices and technical operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through technology research and implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Sitecore)
- Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs)
- Proven experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and server administration
- Strong background in implementing digital asset management solutions
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
