The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and security of our enterprise Active Directory infrastructure. You will act as a key technical lead, ensuring the integrity, availability, and performance of our network services. As a Senior Administrator, you will design and implement complex IT solutions, troubleshoot critical system failures, and manage user access policies. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations for our global client base, supporting our mission to deliver top-tier IT services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Active Directory (AD) environment, including domains, forests, and organizational units (OUs).
- Oversee user account management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, and group policies.
- Implement and enforce security policies to protect corporate data and ensure compliance with IT standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, including server migrations and cloud integration.
- Perform regular backups, patch management, and system updates to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior IT staff and end-users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator with a strong focus on Active Directory.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
