  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial goals and aspirations.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and tailored wealth management solutions to meet client needs.
  • Drive sales targets and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market analysis to recommend optimal investment strategies.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, premier banking, or relationship management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
