Tanggung Jawab
- Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and concerns
- Coordinate service scheduling between clients and technical teams
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and explain service options to customers
- Document service history and maintain accurate client records
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Follow up post-service to ensure resolution and gather feedback
- Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot complex service issues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or automotive service advisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with active listening ability
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and service management software
- Ability to interpret technical information and explain concepts simply
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (advantageous for test drives)
