Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, understanding their vehicle service needs, and answering questions about services and repairs
- Prepare accurate service estimates and cost breakdowns for customers, ensuring transparency in all transactions
- Coordinate between customers and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, service history, and billing information
- Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues to maintain positive relationships
- Stay updated on automotive technologies, service procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and heavy vehicle mechanics is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and automotive service software
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Singapore driver's license (Class 3 or higher) is preferred
