Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and manage all incoming service requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic software installations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate second-level support teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
