- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze service metrics and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional support.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory levels, and personnel schedules.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and quality assurance measures to maintain compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a service management or leadership role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and service management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay (local context).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is often required for field coordination and site visits.
