Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a service management or leadership role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay (local context).
