TempServ Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Shipping Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Loyang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods by managing shipping documents, permits, and delivery schedules. You will coordinate closely with customers, forwarders, and vendors to guarantee that all export shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and vendors to arrange timely export shipments.
- Ensure strict compliance with export regulations, customs documentation, and trade permits.
- Monitor and update delivery schedules, providing real-time status reports to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and stock movements within the warehouse.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' or 'N' Level education or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Basic working knowledge of shipping terminology, Incoterms, and export documentation procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
