Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage sea and air freight operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, air waybills, and customs declarations
- Monitor shipment tracking and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes for cost efficiency
- Resolve any shipping issues or delays that may arise during transit
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of international shipments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and other logistics partners
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air and sea freight operations
- Proficiency in shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and requirements
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
