Tanggung Jawab
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and updates for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive brand voice.
- Design Support: Create eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media campaigns using tools like Canva.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Platform Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Collaboration: Work with the wider marketing team to align content calendars with overall promotional activities.
- Engagement: Proactively engage with followers and other accounts to build a loyal online community.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tools: Basic proficiency in graphic design software (Canva) and social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time remote or hybrid environment.
- Location: Must be based in San Pablo City, Laguna.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
