Kualifikasi

- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership/management roles

- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in global environments
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical decision-making capabilities
- Experience with remote team management and hybrid work environments
