Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to ensure project delivery and technical excellence
- Drive architectural decisions and implement scalable solutions for complex business problems
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and optimize development workflows for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
- Identify opportunities for team skill development and implement growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in modern programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.) and frameworks
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with experience stakeholder management
- Certification in Scrum or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred
