Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software applications, covering functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear feedback to developers.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality, usability, and performance across various devices.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to reproduce issues, understand requirements, and drive timely resolutions.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing system functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test life cycles, and best practices.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or Appium.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting (Python or Java) is a strong plus.
