Tanggung Jawab
- Assist therapists with treatment room preparation and equipment sterilization
- Maintain strict hygiene standards throughout spa facilities
- Support client consultations and provide personalized service recommendations
- Manage inventory of spa supplies and report maintenance needs
- Handle client bookings and schedule appointments efficiently
- Ensure reception areas are welcoming and well-maintained
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of massage therapy techniques and spa treatments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Certification in First Aid or CPR beneficial
