Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality compliance
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using efficient space utilization principles
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environments according to company standards
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize dispatch schedules and transportation routes
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely and responsibly when required
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or stock handling experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
