Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Manage point-of-sale operations, including processing payments and handling cash
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing of new inventory
- Participate in regular stock-taking and inventory management activities
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical abilities for handling cash and transactions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
