Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cashier operations including transaction processing, cash reconciliation, and POS system maintenance
- Supervise store staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to service standards
- Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement stock control procedures
- Train and mentor staff on cashier protocols, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and retail regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cashiering and inventory management
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in retail
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to financial details
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention techniques
