Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to company standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing processes
- Implement and maintain efficient storage systems to optimize space utilization and accessibility
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory movements and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of materials
- Collaborate with procurement team to support material planning and ordering processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with experience in inventory management
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the job
- Good communication skills for coordinating with various departments
- Knowledge of basic safety protocols for handling materials
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
