- Source, evaluate, and develop strategic supplier relationships for critical materials and services
- Manage supplier performance through KPI monitoring, regular audits, and relationship-building initiatives
- Negiate complex contracts with new and existing suppliers to optimize pricing, terms, and conditions
- Handle procurement deviations, quality issues, and supply disruptions through proactive problem-solving
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with production schedules
- Implement and maintain supplier management systems and procurement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement or purchasing management
- Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Certifications in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM) are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics in the Philippines
