Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships for fleet operations and procurement needs
- Negotiate, renew, and maintain vendor contracts ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives
- Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate procurement activities across departments to optimize inventory and operational efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing vendor capabilities
- Resolve vendor disputes and negotiate cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare procurement reports and documentation for audit compliance and strategic planning
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in supplier relationship management or procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in vendor contract management
- Expertise in procurement processes and supply chain operations within logistics/manufacturing
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented with ability to analyze supplier performance data and trends
- Knowledge of Philippine procurement regulations and compliance standards
