- Safely transport passengers and goods to their destinations in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle at all times
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to passengers
- Efficiently navigate through city routes and traffic conditions
- Accurately record trip details and fare information
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to the management
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving and customer service skills
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 1, 2, or 3) with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila streets and major routes
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of mobile applications for ride-hailing services (if applicable)
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Willingness to undergo company-provided training programs
