Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate technical staff assignments
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities
- Ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate procurement activities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting facility operations
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Excellent organizational and team coordination skills
- Certification in facility maintenance or safety management preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
