- Prepare and serve specialty tea and coffee beverages according to brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas and equipment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or barista role preferred
- Strong passion for coffee and tea preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

- Physically able to stand for extended periods
