Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site diagnostic and repair work for Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze technical data and system parameters to identify faults and implement effective, under-warranty resolutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and service calls to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
- Manage and document warranty claims accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering technical guidance and advice on system usage and efficiency.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, company service standards, and environmental regulations during all operations.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to share insights and improve service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, specifically with Air Conditioning (split/ducted) and Chiller systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
- Valid Class 3B Driving License (mandatory for field operations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle a varied workload.
- Familiarity with reading technical blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
