- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for SeaTalk: discovery, problem definition, solution design, and launch
- Develop and execute product roadmaps for enterprise collaboration and AI features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable plans
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Define KPIs and measure product success through data-driven decision making
- Partner with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions

Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS or enterprise collaboration tools
- Strong technical background with understanding of AI/ML technologies and APIs
- Proven track record of shipping complex products in fast-paced environments
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
