Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program execution for Alphabet's cloud security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to define technical roadmaps and deliverables
- Drive innovation in cloud security solutions through research, prototyping, and implementation of best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, risk assessments, and progress tracking mechanisms
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across all organizational levels to ensure transparency and alignment
- Monitor program health, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and security posture improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with focus on cloud infrastructure or security
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Proven track record of managing complex technical programs with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans
- Experience with agile methodologies and program management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, or cloud security certifications) preferred
