Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission technical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions
- Provide responsive on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Deliver comprehensive system commissioning and post-installation services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and service reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Train customers on system operations and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support/installation roles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex systems
- Experience with commissioning industrial or IT infrastructure equipment
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
