Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and recurring problems in ticketing systems
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers with detailed context
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and common software suites
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
