Are you a skilled Technical Writer with a passion for simplifying complex data concepts? TalentVibe Business Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our cutting-edge Data as a Service (DaaS) solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex technical jargon into user-friendly guides, comprehensive API documentation, and valuable internal knowledge base articles.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Data as a Service (DaaS) products and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into user-friendly content.
- Develop user guides, API references, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Edit and proofread all documentation for accuracy, grammar, style, and clarity.
- Update existing documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and bug fixes.
- Conduct user research to identify documentation gaps and improve the user experience.
- Ensure all documentation is accessible, easy to navigate, and follows established style guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of Data as a Service (DaaS) concepts and technical architecture.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Markdown, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or web technologies is a plus.
