Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily technician activities to ensure timely task completion
- Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and system installations
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct quality assurance checks and compliance inspections
- Manage inventory of spare parts and technical resources
- Generate performance reports and operational improvement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of technician experience with 1+ years in team leadership
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, or industrial equipment
- Certification in safety protocols (e.g., OSHA equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
