Join TikTok Shop's Governance & Experience (GNE) team as an Emergency Response Management Lead and become a guardian of our e-commerce ecosystem. In this critical leadership role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of robust emergency protocols to ensure our platform remains safe, trustworthy, and seamless for millions of users and sellers. You'll lead high-stakes crisis management initiatives, coordinate cross-functional responses to critical incidents, and drive continuous improvements to our risk mitigation frameworks. Your expertise will directly shape how TikTok Shop handles emergenciesâfrom platform vulnerabilities to user safety concernsâwhile maintaining operational continuity and user trust. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end emergency response planning and execution for TikTok Shop's global operations
- Develop and maintain crisis management protocols for platform vulnerabilities, security incidents, and user safety threats
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, policy, and support) during critical incidents
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analyses to implement preventive measures
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for emergency response effectiveness
- Collaborate with product teams to embed safety-by-design principles into new features
- Train stakeholders on emergency response procedures and escalation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in emergency management, risk mitigation, or trust/safety leadership
- Proven track record managing cross-functional crisis response in tech/e-commerce
- Deep expertise in platform safety protocols, incident management frameworks, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional decision-making skills under pressure with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience developing scalable crisis communication strategies for global audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
