We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Finance Executive to join our dynamic trading firm in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will specialize in managing Letters of Credit (LC) operations, ensuring seamless processing and strict compliance with international trade regulations. As a Trade Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of LCs, including issuance, amendment, negotiation, and compliance verification. You will collaborate closely with financial institutions and clients to facilitate efficient transactions while maintaining rigorous documentation standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of Letters of Credit, including opening, advising, confirming, and negotiating LCs.
- Prepare, review, and verify trade finance documents to ensure compliance with bank requirements and UCP 600 rules.
- Liaise effectively with banks, clients, and shipping companies to resolve discrepancies and expedite shipments.
- Monitor LC expiration dates and expiry risks to ensure timely renewals and avoid penalties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade finance transactions and documentation.
- Assist in cross-border payment processing and foreign exchange settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, Banking, or Shipping/Logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of Letters of Credit (UCP 600) and other trade finance instruments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
