Tanggung Jawab
- Manage trademark application processes from filing to registration across multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and provide infringement analysis reports
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of trademark portfolios
- Coordinate with clients and intellectual property offices for renewals and formalities
- Prepare and submit legal documents including declarations and responses to office actions
- Monitor legislative changes affecting trademark laws and update procedures accordingly
- Collaborate with legal teams to support litigation and opposition proceedings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trademark administration or IP support
- Familiarity with Singapore trademark laws and international IP treaties
- Proficiency in trademark management software (e.g., CTM-Online, WIPO Brand Database)
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in Intellectual Property management (preferred)
