- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for store staff, focusing on motorcycle products, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments
- Develop engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and interactive learning modules
- Facilitate both classroom-based and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback collection, and program analytics
- Stay current with industry trends, new product launches, and evolving best practices in motorcycle retail
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with company objectives and growth strategies
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training program development and delivery, preferably in retail or automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle products, industry terminology, and customer service best practices
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and learning management systems
- Experience creating training materials using multimedia tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training programs based on evaluation results
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City and possess valid work authorization
