- Coordinate daily truck movements and route optimization for Metro Manila deliveries
- Monitor real-time GPS tracking systems to ensure on-time performance and address delays
- Manage driver assignments, schedules, and workload distribution
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Analyze transportation data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company safety protocols
- Prepare and submit daily logistics performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in transport coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and logistics management software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Metro Manila traffic patterns and delivery routes
