We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Officer IV to join the Bureau of the Treasury. This is a pivotal role located in Northern Mindanao, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of government financial operations. You will play a key part in safeguarding public funds and ensuring strict adherence to national financial regulations and policies.
As a Treasury Operations Officer IV, you will lead complex financial activities, oversee cash management processes, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to facilitate seamless transactions and maintain the fiscal integrity of the government. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, banking transactions, and fund disbursement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Treasury Circulars, government regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Perform daily reconciliation of government accounts, bank statements, and treasury records.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports, including cash position reports and fund status updates.
- Coordinate with regional offices and external financial institutions to resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor internal control measures to prevent financial irregularities.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or any related field.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Professional eligibility (Second Level) is required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in government treasury, banking, or financial operations.
- Extensive knowledge of government accounting rules and treasury regulations.
- Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
