Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation of indigenous rights programs and community development initiatives
- Provide administrative support for tribal consultations, meetings, and documentation processes
- Coordinate with tribal communities to gather feedback and assess needs for government services
- Maintain accurate records of tribal affairs, permits, and compliance documentation
- Support research on indigenous cultural practices, land rights, and legal frameworks
- Facilitate communication between tribal groups and government agencies
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and funding applications
- Participate in field visits to remote indigenous communities
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Social Work, Anthropology, Public Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Indigenous Peoples Rights Act (IPRA) and cultural sensitivity protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in local dialects and English
- Experience in community engagement or public service preferred
- Proficiency in administrative documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Clean background check and no pending legal cases
