Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch trucks for local and long-distance deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of shipment status, driver hours, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and ensure timely arrivals.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Handle incoming calls and emails regarding delivery inquiries, invoicing, and status reports.
- Assist in resolving any logistical challenges that may arise during the transport process.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics-related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not strictly required for the dispatch role).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
