Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and needs assessment studies to identify key community development priorities.
- Design, implement, and evaluate extension programs in agriculture, education, and public health.
- Facilitate training workshops and seminars for farmers, students, and local government officials.
- Collaborate with external partners, including NGOs and private sector entities, to enhance project impact.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and submit documentation to funding agencies.
- Mentor junior staff and interns involved in community outreach and extension activities.
- Disseminate research findings and university knowledge to the general public.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Agriculture, Sociology, Education, or Extension Studies.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in extension work or community development.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility or appropriate government credentials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and project management tools.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
