Join Cagayan State University as a University Extension Specialist IV and drive impactful community outreach initiatives across the Ilocos Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement community-focused extension programs aligned with regional development needs
- Conduct needs assessments and impact evaluations for agricultural, entrepreneurial, and social initiatives
- Organize training workshops, seminars, and demonstration activities for diverse audiences
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through technology adoption, best practices dissemination, and capacity building
- Collaborate with faculty, government agencies, and private sector partners for resource mobilization
- Develop extension proposals, progress reports, and impact documentation
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate multi-sectoral implementation teams
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Agriculture, Education, Social Sciences, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in university extension or community development
- Proven track record in designing and executing community-based projects
- Expertise in participatory rural appraisal (PRA) and needs assessment methodologies
- Strong facilitation skills with diverse audiences including farmers and local leaders
- Experience in grant writing and partnership development
- Knowledge of regional development priorities in Northern Luzon
- Proficiency in both English and local dialects (Ilocano, Tagalog)
