Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of veneer and log processing to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and document quality issues, recommending corrective actions to production teams
- Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements for plywood manufacturing
- Report quality metrics to management and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Technology, Wood Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the plywood or wood manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of veneer and log processing techniques and quality standards
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and industry certifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools
