Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for risk management? Bank of New York Mellon is seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our Risk Narrative Operations team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the voice of the Risk Operations function, translating complex quantitative data and operational metrics into compelling narratives that drive business decisions and foster a robust risk culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality Risk Narrative reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communicating complex risk metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Translate quantitative risk data and operational findings into compelling business stories that drive decision-making and policy improvements.
- Oversee the Risk Narrative Operations team, providing mentorship and strategic direction to junior analysts and operations staff.
- Collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance, and Business Line partners to identify key narrative themes and emerging risks.
- Ensure all narratives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Drive process improvements within the Risk Narrative Operations function to enhance efficiency and reporting timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Operations, or Business Reporting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leadership through effective communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing teams or leading cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
