Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all delivery documentation and product records
- Coordinate with suppliers and receivers to ensure timely deliveries
- Process shipping documents and customs paperwork accurately
- Update inventory systems and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Communicate delivery status to internal teams and external partners
- Assist in warehouse inventory audits and cycle counts
- Prepare administrative reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in warehouse administration or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
